Klaus Janson
Klaus Janson is most widely recognized for his collaborations with Frank Miller inking The Dark Knight Returns and a very long run on Daredevil during its most popular years. Born in Germany, Janson emigrated to the States at a very young age, and discovered comics as a boy in CT. His first published works were Black Panther stories published in Jungle Action Comics. He has inked many famous artists including Rich Buckler, Gene Colan and Carmine Infantino. Aside from his many inking and penciling credits, Janson also wrote DC Comics Guide To Inking Comics and DC Comics Guide to Pencilling Comics. Today, Janson teaches at The School of Visual Arts and is very involved in supporting the Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art (MoCCA).Source: www.lambiek.net
