Dick Giordano

Dick Giordano's career in comics goes as far back as Jerry Iger's shop. He moved on to Charlton in 1952, and started working in editorial. There he worked closely with such legends as Steve Ditko, Roy Thomas and Denny O'Neil. In the 1960s in an office shared with Joe Orlando at DC, he edited "Creeper," "Hawk and Dove," "Blackhawk," "Aquaman" and "Teen Titans." In the 1970's, he joined Neal Adam's Continuity Studios, after inking Adam's Green Lantern /Green Arrow stories. He worked again for DC in the 1980s, and continued to freelance for the company after 1992.
